Potencial da Assistência Técnica e Gerencial (ATeG) do Senar nos agroecossistemas frutíferos da agricultura familiar em Borba/AM

Abstract

This research is a qualitative and quantitative approach to the performance of the Technical and Management Assistance program (ATeG) offered free of charge by the system of the Brazilian Agriculture and Livestock Confederation (CNA) and the National Rural Learning Service (SENAR ) in the fruit growing production chain in two rural settlements of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA) in the municipality of Borba/AM, being the Settlement Projects, PA Puxurizal and PA Piaba, where the family units served by the program are located in development of fruit-bearing agroecosystems, with crops of guaraná (Paullinia cupana Kunth), açaí (Euterpe Oleracea) and cupuaçu (Theobroma grandiflorum). In this context, a field technician (Agronomist) and a mobilizer (employee) from the Sindicato Patronal Rural de Borba work, both responsible for maintaining the essential activities for implementing the methodology with the farmers served. The objective is to analyze the socio environmental impacts generated by the Technical and Management Assistance (ATeG) operating model in fruitful agroecosystems, since this social technology is considered an innovation that advocates enabling a continuous approach between technical knowledge and management of what is grown on their properties. The program was developed by the CNA/Senar system to be applied in any region and in any production chain in the country. With this, carrying out the analysis through theoretical-methodological elements on technical and managerial assistance in rural properties and in the lives of families, allowed us to highlight the facts and potentialities of this Technical Assistance and Rural Extension service – ATER, aiming together with farmers, scientific and technological development in the Amazon region, featuring new solutions that can help improve the sustainable management of fruit agroecosystems, generating sustainability.
