Gênero e o futebol feminino na escola: uma proposta pedagógica de educação física nas séries finais do ensino fundamental

Abstract

This study is a research that seeks to investigate the understanding of experiences related to the meaning of gender in women's football in the school context. In this sense, the study aims to understand the contexts and difficulties regarding the meaning of gender that are experienced in women's football in the school context, based on the records produced by students in the final years of elementary school. The research is methodologically organized based on bibliographical research on Gender, School Physical Education and Women's Football, as well as a qualitative descriptive study, which seeks to understand the characteristics of a group of students belonging to a school, which was chosen because it is the school where I am a teacher. This research seeks to answer the importance of the debate and meaning of gender in the context of women's football at school, and how social practices developed in schools contribute to the recognition of gender equality in sport. The dissertation is anchored in the perspectives defended by authors in the field of gender studies, guided by humanist principles and based on the methodology of the formative didactic experiment, taking as a reference point the recommendations of Freitas and Libâneo (2022). This process will enable the participation of students in the final years of elementary school in the process of collective and reflective knowledge construction. Therefore, the analysis of the material produced in the research will enable the creation of a pedagogical notebook containing: the historical context of women's soccer in Brazil and the Amazon; theoretical foundation; teaching planning; lesson plans with themes, objectives, conceptual, procedural, and attitudinal content; examples of pedagogical activities in teaching soccer without gender distinction in schools, including strategies and assessment.
